Is 20Mbps WiFi fast?

Hi there,

So the university accommodation I'm looking at has 20Mbps WiFi - I'm not really sure how fast that is. Is that good enough for someone who mainly browses internet, uses Microsoft Office programs, watches film in HD and a bit of gaming (though not super intensive games)?

Please help.
